WEEKEND MUSINGS

We all know when it's Friday, no doubt about it. People have weekend plans, places to go, people to see, things to do. Even we retired people enjoy Fridays, probably because all those working years ingrained into us the enjoyment Fridays bring.

So--these doxies below feel the same way, lol. Enjoy them, and also enjoy your weekend coming up. My hubby and daughter who lives in the area are helping mow the grass, trim the grounds, and pull weeks at our church on Saturday. The grounds are already beautiful with spring bursting forth: azaleas and dogwoods are in full bloom already. God's beauty in nature is a feast for the eyes!

FRIDAY HAPPINESS!

Everyone loves Fridays. I do, even though I'm retired. It's hard to get out of the habit of looking forward to Fridays and weekends, so I won't even try. Besides, Saturdays are still a lot of fun even when one does not work outside the home. I try not to do any writing on weekends so that my hubby and I can do something special together, like attend our granddaughters' basketball games and spend time with the family--unless I'm near the final edits of my work in progress.

Fridays . . . you gotta love 'em.

TGIF??

Hope you have a fabulous and enjoyable weekend, doxie lovers.  Next week, I'll be giving details about Book 5 of The Dachshund Escapades as well as telling a little about my next series.

Oh, I won't leave the realm of dachshunds--no way.  Check back for more information coming!
