With the waning days of summer upon us (I live in the South, so it's still warm here), I thought this photo of a dachshund enjoying the beach might be fitting. So many are already mourning the passing of summer, so perhaps this cute pic will foster happy reminders of those days just past.
By the way, how they got that doxie to stay buried in the sand like that is beyond me! My Duke would never lie still for it! (Sorry, I had to say it :).
