DO BLONDES REALLY HAVE MORE FUN?

Duke:  "Where's MY food?"

It's no secret that I love all types of doxies, all colors, sizes, and coats.  We have a black-and-tan smooth coat, sweet boy named Duke, who is our boss :).

The cream doxie is gaining in favor among doxie owners.  When we adopted Duke, there was a beautiful litter of little cream doxies available, and I was tempted to get one of those, but we had our hearts set on a black and tan like Shadow, our doxie granddawg. We've never regretted settling on Duke--he's everything we could wish for in a boss--er, doxie.

What color doxie is your favorite?  No doubt about it--they're all beautiful.

Dachshunds . . . you gotta love 'em, no matter what color they are!

SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE

Three doxies intently gazing at something beyond camera range . . . probably food, don't you think? 

Who knows what kind of contortions (or food offering) the photographer used to get them to 1) look in the same direction; 2) sit still at the same time; and 3) look completely mesmerized until the picture was taken?

And 4) I wonder what happened immediately after the picture was taken??
