Here are the many sides of my Granddawg Sunny! She’s a smooth red mini diva: bossy, feisty, barky, stubborn—BUT also sweet, loving, cuddly, playful, clingy with Mama Holly, starving, manipulative—and sometimes a fraidy cat! Doxies are complicated critters for sure 🤣. BUT WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT THEM?!?
I’ve read that the smooth reds are more feisty than the other types of doxie. But we’ve had two B & Ts, and Shadow and Duke were almost all those things, too (except divas).
