It’s black-and-tan doxie day, and these gorgeous hounds (smooth and longhaired) don’t disappoint! They have to be right in the middle of everything: curious, nosy, and full of showmanship!
Granddawg Shadow, my inspiration for THE DACHSHUND ESCAPADES books, and my own doxie Duke, were both B & T mini smooths. Our family will always miss them, too.
They’re all a mix of sassy, smarts, sweet—and don’t forget stubborn!
