I suspect that you’re aware of that fact, right? There are many reasons why Monday is so hard to adjust to after the weekend:
•changing our morning routine after sleeping later
•too much different activity on the weekend: yard work, reno project, hiking and/or running, relaxing, short trip
•get togethers, parties, events
But since nobody has figured out how to rid ourselves of Mondays, we’re stuck with them—unless you’re retired, as I am!
