It's a well-known fact that doxies don't like to be outside when it's raining. They'll hide if called to go outside to do their business, and many doxie owners have to watch them so they won't go in the house. In spite of that, we still love them, don't we? Our Duke would go out in rain unless it was a very hard rain, and of course we didn't expect him to go out during a thunderstorm.
