How is your doxie about getting his/her nails trimmed? Some owners give up and let a groomer do it. Others tough it out and have someone help by holding said doxie still while the task is completed. Still others take their dog to the vet to get the task completed.
My doxie Duke didn't love getting his nails trimmed, but he did endure it rather well, we thought. I was always afraid I would cut them too short, hurting him in the process, so my hubby often did the deed.
One thing about doxies (among many): they don't mind letting us know what they think about something!
Dachshunds . . . you gotta love 'em.
