Our family had a Labor Day cookout yesterday. We had lots of fun, but I thought the photo above was the best one of all: our doxie Duke and our doxie granddawg Shadow hovered around the grill while my hubby Clark watched the burgers, hot dogs, and chicken. They HAD to be on hand, of course, in case he dropped anything--to keep the yard clean, right?
Dachshunds . . . you gotta love 'em, chow hounds always.
