All dachshund owners have seen a sight like the one above at one time or another. Doxies are just so long that they don't realize their hind quarters are still in view!
Or, how about this one:
Not only do they leave their paws and posterior in view, they often hide under their "blankies" and then pop up when something catches their attention (usually when humans are eating something).
And yet another:
This is what I like to see: the entire doxie! This pup looks alert, and is probably waiting for that much desired treat, don't you agree?
Dachshunds . . . you gotta love 'em, quirks and all.
